Opinion on Vriska???

Question

I might be biased cuz i kin her but I really think due to her on the spot ideas and plans homestuck is what it is today. Honestly shes really missunderstood by the fandom and hated for no reason while gamzee is absolutely loved.

i think i got my opinion expressed pretty trashy but overall i think we should all acknowledge that vriska is a well written character

Also im still not on hs2, im strugguling to read act 6 now because the servers are down and i have some kind of SATs at he end of the school year so yeah

ok I admit i actually haven't even gotten to the part with vriska yet, i've just been piecing together most of the homestuck lore via fan theories and shit cus the website sucks so I cant read it anymore, and I cant even use the hs collection thing (my computer is ancient!! cant run it!!)

but I think vriska is awesome sauce even if I know like nothing abiut her. whatever she did wrong I support her WHOLEHEARTEDLY. THROUGH AND THROUGH. whyy>??? because we love a girlboss!!!!!!! also I think her jacket thing is really awesome . I really like jackets and also blue

she’s not the best person, morally speaking. writing wise, she’s an interesting, legitimately well-written character. she does a lot of bad things, and her methods could definitely be… (looks at tavros) much better. she does morally dubious stuff, but she looks cool doing it, and she’s a product of her surroundings (and that’s got a degree of tragic appeal), basically. some people are there for that, some people are not.

i personally think it’s a mixed bag, because so many people have different views on life and media and all that, and that’s great.

to be honest, i think she’s pretty cool, most certainly don’t hate her.

she is an absolute bitch and she did everything wrong… but here’s the thing:

she’s an entertaining bitch. it is fun to watch her do horrible things and overall be a horrible person :D

so yeah: shit person, great character

i’m sayin this as someone who’s still on act 6 tho

also “vriska did nothing wrong” is pro-vriska propaganda and i will not stand for it
