profile picture not showing up??

does anyone else try to change their pfp and it says "success" but doesn't show up for days at a time?? changed it the first time and when it didn't show up for 2 days, i changed it again thinking maybe the file type was the issue but i've run into the same issue :/ i've had a couple people say they can see my profile picture, but i can't.

im only having this issue on pc, it's working fine on the mobile app. just wondering if this is happening to anyone else or just an issue with mine
