I think the concept and writing style carried the plot a bit, but the plot is still much above average. The book is about a young korean boy who does not experience emotions due to a brain defect, and essentially how he goes through life (especially in a social context) without these emotions.

brisk, descriptive, flowy writing style.

not long, worth the read.
