IM connection issue!

hey all, i use a windows XP pc (yes, i know..) from time to time and i can't seem to connect to the IM service! the status always says "disconnected", any suggestions or ideas?

i dont do dms a heck of a lot but i'm a linux user and

have noticed that it does that sometimes

just one of the flaws that come with spacehey ig :p
