What's your opinion on the canned meat SPAM?

SPAM, a canned meat product which is not to be confused with email spam is severely underrated in my opinion. It just has a rich ham like flavor that really hits hard if you cook it, fry it, or caramelize it with soy sauce and sugar. I have been hooked onto SPAM for about 2 years, when I decided to try out spam musubi (a type of sushi where you cook SPAM and put sweetened soy sauce on it and put rice on top). It was orgasmic when I first tasted it and never looked back ever since; SPAM can ge really good for a breakfast meal too and I sometimes put it on my eggs and sandwiches.

It is something that is high in sodium though so I wouldn't get too comfortable with SPAM. But trying it every now and then really shouldn't hurt.

So, what do you think? Do you like it or not, why?
