As I have a lot of experience I thought I could do this little post to answer some questions and hopefully help some of you on your journeys :)

I have two, I've talked to people who have shifted for so long they did a sort of "memory reset" where they go to a reality with a fresh start, then they tent to refind their journey. How do you feel about that and what would you do when you exist so long, you'd feel this to be a good option.
My next question is did you struggle to shift and what helped you? (I am asking this in assumption that you came from somewhere similar to here.)
