why do couples looks so lonely sometimes?

i don't know maybe one of them had a bad day who knows. but maybe it could also be because dating can be stressful because it isn't just about you anymore and you have to think about how they feel or you may have to change plans etc. me persoonly I feel kind of lonely sometimes even if I'm with my partner I guess its easier to feel lonely when you know how love feels and you aren't getting it at that moment. but I don't know 

"Honeymoon phase" is 100% real. Almost all relationship quickly drift into just cooperative living with romance sprinkled in from time to time. If me or my gf stopped talking to friends we would be absolutely miserable, lonely people even though we have each other. It's hard to actively enjoy someone 100% of the time without burning yourself out. The most lovey relationships usually fall the hardest.

I still go on dates and enjoy generally going out together, and there's nobody I would rather live with and go to bed with and bitch to when I had a bad day. But we definitely keep to ourselves more often then actively do things together. It's a pretty normal thing.
