Making a website resources?

Hii!

So two years ago I was very into making websites and this whole type of thing. I found neocities.org, got some resources of writing in html and css and I started creating everything from scratch. It was all fun but later I had to focus on school and I dropped it. 

Now I finally have more time again as in net month I'm gonna finish school and I wanna go back and make the website from zero and find more resources for learning html, css (maybe javascrit too?) Now I can see how messy is the code in my old site and I would probably make a different design and definitely try to make it responsive for other devices.

My problem is that I'm not very good at finding recources which would be fine for me. I know W3Schools and that Codecademy has some free courses but I idk they didn't much sit to me.

I'm very open to read your propositions, you can write everything what you have in mind, I would very appreciate it ( ´ ▽ ` )
