online used markets are a tad busted for ipods because the sellers expect their buyers to be "collectors" rather than people unironically using them to listen to music, so the prices are higher than their retail prices :( i found mine at a "vintage mall", and the people selling were not out to make big bucks, so they sold it for $20 when they could've sold it for hundreds online. i rarely see them in person but the first time i did, i bought it. if you're tight on money, in person used market is the way to go, but it's a gamble.
