Off my meds, stuck in bed, waiting on a puppy

Haven't taken my depression meds in like a month- not because i'm giving up, but because I'm waiting to go pick up our new puppy and everything's just... paused.

i've basically fused with my bed at this point. I get up to take care of my daughter (because obviously), but the rest of the day? I'm just existing. Stuck in this weird limbo between "can't wait' and "can't move."

Anyone else been here? That weird mix of excitement + no energy + brain static?  Let's Talk.
