if anyone knows how to add images to bulletins and blog entries it would be great, I've been trying to but it either doesn't even post for some reason and I don't get why, it only happens when I try to put an image

You still need to use the image code. You will see a symbol <> on the top. Click it and an eye will appear,paste your code， then restore it and it will appear.

maybe it doesn't work because of the image hosting site? try using catbox.moe to upload it, it always works for me:)
