we just cycle through trends throughout the years and we romanticize the past a lot and it's natural for these things to come and go... and come back again.
we've had our 80s and 90s resurgence recently, and we are now coming back to y2k where emo and scene fashion was very prominent.Β

It's fun. plus it never went away, just died off in the mainstream. alt subcultures have continued to exist the whole time broski, you just might not have noticed
