i'm starting to get old I guess but am i the only one who doesn't really give a crap about the switch 2 ? i'm more into retro games and consoles nowadays but also the switch 1 gets the last games i wanted anyway so it's just... like an overpriced switch with amelioration and a weird Discord.
i guess i don't need a andvanced hardware to enjoy things. most games are remasters, remakes and i am more into pixel sprite than 3d anyway.

I assumed I'm getting too old to care too. I ended up not playing my Switch that much as I'm often using my PC for most of my games. I often go back to playing old games too so I'm not someone who feels the need to chase after new releases to keep myself entertained. I guess the only down side is missing out on exclusives like Zelda or Fire Emblem.

The pricing is the issue for me...charging £75 for Mario Kart is crazy. I'm thinking about a Steamdeck instead.

Me neither, to me it's just another excuse for Nintendo to squeeze as much money from gamers as possible, same with the PS5 and PS5 pro.

I'm 16 and I don't think it's age as much as the fact of gaming just not changing enough for people to want to upgrade, Especially when it comes to handheld games. I've found that all the games I play are already ON older consoles, so why switch? Especially when the new switch 2 is 500 dollars for something not even close to the steam deck. I get it's a different demographic. The steamdeck is a pc, and the switch 2 is a console, but why does Nintendo feels it's okay to charge so much when other companies are making significantly more powerful products for a lot cheaper. There is one singular game on the switch 2 I want (which I will emulate, suck my dick Nintendo.) Which is Tomodachi life's successor.
