any specific genre you're looking for? i see you like hollow knight - for switch, i'd wholeheartedly recommend the castlevania dominus & advance collections, since castlevania is one half of the 'metroidvania' style progenitors. they're cheaper as a collection than they would be trying to find on gba + ds, and the advance and ds era great and includes more story directly in its games vs the classic series.
if you want to get into something more action oriented and you like a challenge and overcoming curves, monster hunter generations ultimate is always a good pick. its the series' final send off to the old generation of mh, so it's got a lot of quality of life improvements and fine tuning while still having the old gen kick to it. it goes on sale for about 12 dollars pretty frequently.
if you want to branch out from smash-esque platform fighting games into something more typical-fighter, there's plenty of arc system works fighters on the switch that i really enjoy. dragonball fighterz is one of my favorites for its snappy mechanics and faithful artstyle, but really any asw game is mechanically fun and visually stunning.
if you're into rpgs (i believe that's what omori is?) I've heard bravely default (ds) is a good 'classic' style rpg, while triangle strategy (switch) and fire emblem: awakening (3ds) are good tactical rpgs + pretty much all of the final fantasy games are available through multiple methods (originals on gba, ds, collections on switch, etc.) as it's been ported a lot - those are always good classics to start with. same with chrono trigger and dragon quest (though i personally dislike dq, it's very beloved by a lot of people and its art direction is from akira toriyama!)
for mac, you might like starbound if you like stardew valley? they're not exactly the most similar of games, but they're made by the same person - sb is more of an open-world pixel space exploration and building game, but i always find it a fun relaxer. i also believe some of the new gen monster hunter games can be played on mac, but i'm not too sure about that personally since i'm a windows user.
hope these help a little! have fun with whatever you decide on ( ̄▽ ̄)b
