how to you deal with stress?

i'm always stressed and have a lot of tics nothing has helped me other then alchool any advice?

If you need alcohol to destress that's already a huge problem, alcohol is harmful and can stress the body even. Just always remind yourself to never stress, don't ever worry, you have to change your mindset and tell your brain to NEVER stress. Don't stress, always be calm and collected. Focus on things that make you happy, things that are rewarding, go in nature walks, read, do something relaxing. Hopefully these tips can help you lead a stress free life!

Try to ground yourself using A method called square breathing or Grounding through 5 senses. Please be careful with alcohol consumption, it's a harmful coping method. Try to discern if your issues will matter in 5 days, months and years, it helps you to make clearer decisions!
