You guys I have like 25 days till my physics and chem finals

I have no idea how to study

And I don't have any physical notes (I attend a tutorial class but it's a middle aged man who doesn't like his job :/)

Pls help 🙏

When I start crashing over studying, i use the pomodoro tecnique (studying for 25 minutes and relaxing for 5). Pleaseee tryyyyy. <3
