Yeah I get that, even tho so many people are on the internet and on social media it's hard to find someone who wants to talk to strangers. So, what are you up to? I just finished my supper since its the evening for me (bread with plum jam, it rules)

I know, it took me forever to find people to talk to on other socials so I decided to join this one. I just finished reading a somewhat short manga called "goodbye, Eri." Completely unrelated, but what does plum jam taste like? I never had anything plum related so I wouldn't know.

I haven't eaten many plums but the jam is slightly sour (just a tiny bit) but mostly sweet, it's kind of hard to explain but it's not as overwhelmingly sweet as like strawberry jam. Goodbye, Eri looks pretty interesting. I've never read a manga from Tatsuki Fujimoto but I like his artstyle, it's pretty unique, so I might read a manga from him someday

I am not going to lie, that makes me want to try plum jam now.. It sounds really nice to eat (of course while on something), I might try it if I see some at a market. I also agree, Tatsuki Fujimoto's artstyle is one of the main things that drew me to read some of his one-shots, it is kind of rare to see someone draw characters with actual chins in manga/anime. If you were to read one of his mangas, I would suggest "Look Back."

I will definitely read Look Back! (even tho i have a billion other stuff to read on my list lol). Yeah, I got kinda addicted to plum jam which I wasn't expecting. It's really good, though I'm not sure how common it is for it to be sold. You can definitely make your own though! Mine's homemade by my mother. You buy a bunch of plums, skin them (not necessary) and deseed them, then I think you boil them with sugar or something. It's kinda a lot of work though, but in my experience homemade jams tend to taste better (at least for me), since the ones at the stores are too sweet for me.

I may have to be nosey and ask for the jam recipe, because I have never had homemade jam before and I trust your tastebuds enough to want to try it. I could also try to find homemade plum jam at a market that sells a lot of locally grown fruits and vegetables. I think its possible since plums can be grown where I live. May I ask a book recommendation from you? I have not read many books, since I have trouble finding books at the book stores I go to, but of course that could be because I'm bad at looking.

I'll write you the recipie tomorrow, as my mum is asleep right now. As for book recommendations, the last book i've read was Piranesi and it was pretty good. It's a fiction book, the main character's diary entries are the book and he's living in a house, which is also his world (as in, he doesn't know anything else and can't go anywhere else) which has a lot of different statues in it. He lives in this House with the Other, a middle aged man. I personally liked it but it's probably not for everyone since some might find the main character annoying (though I found him kinda similar to me lol), since he talks a lot and about unimportant details and the book is not action heavy. It has around 400 pages and it's pretty description heavy. I recommend looking up reviews or a description of the book to see if you'd like it. For me, when i buy physical books it's often the cover that gets me interested. Though one thing i don't like about my book of Piranesi is that it has like 8 pages of what some newspaper or tabloid said about the book, like? I don't care what ThE fInAnCiAl TiMeS has to say about a book I bought?! If you're not fully into reading you can start with light novels or something. There's definitely something for everyone. And my reading list (which is in my head lmao) also includes manga that's why it's so long. If you haven't read it I recommend Witch Hat Atelier which I haven't finished, though I'll reread it soon. I really like how realistic the characters are (even though it's a fantasy setting) and the themes it tackles like fear of a war breaking out, being isolated, disability, corruption etc. It's also pretty wholesome despite those themes lol.

Anyways, I gotta go for now, it's getting late here. We can talk again tomorrow if you'd like.

Not going to lie, I also just keep the tab open and check it every couple of minutes. My day so far has been surprisingly good, I just recently came back to school after a few days because of weather and had a test in a class I liked. The snow effects my school a lot because where I am at, there are not as much resources to clear the roads and it takes a day or two for them to be clear enough to drive on. How was your day as well?

Oh interesting, where I live there was barely any snow this year, which kinda sucked.

My day was alright. I'm homeschooled/online schooled so I don't go to school lol. I was mostly out helping with errands with my mum and I also went to the dentist and later I went grocery shopping becuase I'm gonna bake apple crumble tomorrow morning, so I'm looking forward to that. I also got some putty or whatever it's called to stick posters to my wall since I've been meaning to do that for months.

May I ask you what time zone/what country are you living in? You don't have to if you don't want to, just to know what time you might be online. I live in Poland and it's 22:17 right now.

Aw, I hope you get more snow in Poland next winter! Anyway, I have this friend that attends online school as well, it seems nice from what I heard. I hope your apple crumble turns out good, I have no idea what that is but it sounds bread-related. I remember seeing the putty used in videos, and it seems to work well, especially if you don't want holes in your wall from pins. I heard the putty might become a little loose in hotter temperatures, but it might only be effected by humidity, so make sure to check on it during warm and humid days so your posters do not fall. My country is Canada and I am AST (Atlantic standard time). At the time of writing this, it is 17:40.

Yeah, online school is great, esp. compared to my old school I swear I was going insane there. Apple crumble is some baked apples with spices with crumbles on top, it's pretty good. I might make some custard to go with it too. Canada seems very pretty, esp. the nature, though your forests would freak me out despite living in a forest, mainly cuz polish forests don't have bears rlly (besides the mountains or smth, the most dangerous animal is a boar or an angered wolf) and it's harder to go missing since it's geographically smaller than Canada.

Sorry for my random ramblings lol. Anyways, what are you interested in?

I understand how crazy school can be, my school isn't the exactly the calmest. I like going to talk to my friends. Apple crumble sounds like a nice sweet. I agree that my country is pretty, mainly because I live in a place that is considered pretty, only if you ignore the littering. The forests where I live do not have wolves, they were here at one point but became extinct sadly. There are many other dangerous animals deeper in the woods, mostly deer, moose, cats, and coyotes. However, the animals that are more commonly found where I live are stray dogs, we call them "rez dogs." They can be very dangerous and are everywhere. Polish forests sound nice, minus the angry boars and wolves, that seems scary. We have a bit of missing people every so often, it is worse in other parts of the country so I am thankful it happens a lot less here.  I enjoy random topic so don't worry about rambling, I do it too  Anyway, the main thing I am interested in and want to get better at is drawing, I am not very good but would like to get better at it. Are there any things you would like to get better at, or just a thing you enjoy?

Luckily, I haven't met an angry wolf or a boar yet. It's sad that your wolves went extinct, I feel like they get a bad reputation like: they attack humans indiscriminately, when literally most wild animals want to stay away from humans lol (only in rare cases does something happen if your unlucky). I also like to draw and I would like to get better, though often my mind gets in the way but I'm slowly getting better. I draw both traditionally and digitally, though my traditional ones are better because I'm more used to it and you can't overthink it as much because you will make holes in the paper. It's hard not to overly-criticise your art. I've been getting into new hobbies lately. Got a skateboard at the thrift store recently (it's so silly - like it has a pink sunset with the words skate board badly cropped on the back of the board), so I decided to pick up skating, I'm trying to be more brave and try new things recently. I wanna alter some of my clothes, I want to play guitar - just need to buy an amp, buy a memory card for my PSP so I can actually save my progress when I play, make posters for my room and so on. I want to do those things yet when I have the chance I'm too sleepy or something lol.

Animals usually attack when they are scared, a lot of the times an animal attacks, the human was at fault. I like animals but have a fear of them up close, especially dogs and cats. I do not mind bugs, they are silly and make me happy. The reason wolves where I am at are gone is because of human activity, which most likely means they were hunted until they disappeared. I love drawing on paper but have trouble on digital because of lack of experience. I agree that it is difficult to not hate on your own pieces, I experience that sometimes. I am also slightly interested in learning how to skate so I can win any argument by doing a kickflip, it is impossible to argue against it. (I am joking, I just have an interest in it)  I hope you get an amp that works well, and your guitar learning goes great. I have trouble learning things because I have a bad attention span, and currently in the process of getting assessed for some things, I hope to break these bad habits though. If you want to try altering clothes, try fabric paint on a somewhat plain sweater, you get to do art and make a sweater look nicer. I hope you get the chance to do these things, but you have quite a while, so rushing isn't needed.
