Custom cursor for profile?

Hey! I've seen on many profiles that the mouse cursor can change, but I can't figure out how to change mine. I am using a layout that already had one of these, but the website used has been on "maintenance mode" for a week now (cursors-4U.net). Are there any other websites that do the same thing, or should I just wait it out?
