which game is best? or what do you like about each game individually?

I was talking to my friend last night about how each fallout game is unique and has its own strengths and weaknesses. I think if they all released as separate Ip's there'd be a lot less hate and comparison between them. If you look at fallout 3 and NV as their own titles they're both fun good games, but because they have the same franchise its very easy to say "New Vegas is better because it's a more open ended rpg which is true to the idea behind the first two games"

Like I play fallout 4 as an exploration shooter, and I play new vegas as a story based rpg, if they were different titles I would think "yeah these two games are dope" but because they're both fallout games its easy for me to say "new vegas is obviously the best fallout game"

Never played the original Two but my friend is playing through them right now and he says they're great. Curious what other people think about Fallout and how their playstyles differ between games
