Need to meet someone new i'm dying

Hi. So I'm currently trying to find someone because I haven't been doing well recently and I just need to feel loved. I need someone that understands me, and that loves me as much as I love them. But the thing issss everyone in my school is bad about that like, i mean they're all these type of person who yells "criiiiiiiiinge" after someone said 'hello', well you got it i think. There are nobody in my school and i don't know where I could meet people, especially GOOD people because there are people everywhere but I don't wanna be with anybody. I'm getting worse and worse by each day and feel more like nobody wants me and that I'll never have the person i want.

So if anyone has advices even only on how to meet people new I would be thankful
