Unless someone can help me out, I think it’s impossible to upload photos to Spacehey on iPhone.

The only photo you can upload is your profile picture. SpaceHey is a small site and warehousing data is very expensive. You can upload images elsewhere and link them in just about anything, I suggest trying out neocities for storing your images
