I swear if I get any comments going "oooh ur crazy he isn't real get off the internet" I'm officially done bringing this topic up in paranormal spaces.
Slenderman as a concept, has always been seen as a being that 'comes from stories' or at least he was after The Tutorial was written. It's pretty commonly believed that he feeds of fear or something to that effect. What I don't understand is why spiritual and paranormal spaces are so quick to dismiss any possibility of him existing.
People (especially children, who are very strong believers in the things they believe are true) have thought he might be real for years, but suddenly after about 2019, it started being dismissed.
There is no way a group that large could put that much energy and belief into this one entity, summoning it and the like, or trying to manifest it into existence, without that causing something because of it.
I personally continue to have experiences with an entity that easily could be Slenderman, probably because when I was young and didn't understand the concequences of things like that, I tried to summon and manifest him a million different times.
has anybody else had any kind of experiences with something like this? Would be open to any kind of discussion around it.
