I remember spending the night at my grandmas house and kept hearing somebody calling my name outside. And I didn't regognize it's voice but i went back to sleep.

Could have been myriad of things but going back to sleep is excatly what I would have done lol.

I'm glad you just ignored it. If it was coming from outside, then likely it could've been a bad spirit trying to tempt you to come outside or even just open the door and let them in.
If you hear something outside at night, no you didn't!
