Forum: Jobs, Work, Careers

I'm starting community college january 2022.

I am going to get my associates of arts with a focus in business management. I'm going to then go for my bachelor's in Human Resource Management.

Of all carrer types to choose from, i like the idea of working in HR the most.

Anybody else into any of that?

I'm going to try to find internships while I'm going to school so i can get some experience in.

That's so great :) I'm towards the end of getting my masters. That's definitely a high energy role cause you end up dealing with a lot of other people's issues and problems with one another. Then again...you'll know all the tea around the office lmfao.

Good luck!

I see it's been a while since you posted, but I just want to ask—did you ever find a way to make it easier or more fun? Sometimes switching up the routine or even changing the music you're listening to while doing it can help. I’m also curious if anyone has any hacks that worked for them, especially on days when staying on track feels impossible.

I took a few human resources certifications last year because I was curious about people management and hiring stuff. Some of them made me realize how much goes into workplace policies and team dynamics. If you're into learning more about how businesses run behind the scenes, those courses might be your thing—even if it's just for fun or future side gigs.
