Ghosts in reflection/mirror

Hello everyone! I want to tell my experience about seeing some weird and unusual things in mirrors. First of all, seing ghosts in reflection is rare thing and most of the people cannot catch them. I've talked to people who work with them, sees, hear, but none of them really had a reflection of them.

My situation is kinda basic, but my soul, almost, left my body. So I was washing dishes, and, for you to know, we have white shelves, and when it's bright and sunny outside I can literally see everything behind me. So, I was doing it, and heard someone moving behind heavily. I had interaction with ghosts, so for me it's nothing when they walk, touch something. But the thing that creeped me out is when in this reflection I saw legs that was standing behind me. Suddenly, I turn around and of course there were no one. 

Well, thats all. First of all you don't have to be afraid of them, because they can't do much like they are shown, for example, in horror movies. Second off all if you dont want to get scared of their presence - ignore them. That helped me for few times.
