I have been struggling with my mental health since middle school, and I am now a sophomore in college. I suffer from MDD (which is common), But sometimes when I'm in an episode it gets harder and harder to control it. Obviously, I don't wanna die cause I haven't done it yet, but it's causing me a lot of stress in my life. School is stressing me out like crazy, my schedule is stressing me out like crazy, my overthinking and self-image stress me out like crazy, and I can feel myself slowly moving to a huge breaking point. What makes it a little harder is that I have a hard time focusing. My brain is running at 1000 mph and I procrastinate a lot. Does anyone have some advice on how to improve, and what could make my life more fulfilling?
