when are we going to be able to share layouts again?

i've always loved the layout section of spacehey, its so great to see all the different kinds of things the human mind can create. but this hasn't happened recently, as the option to share your made layouts and features has been shut down for 9 months, due to users abusing it and sharing inappropriate content that no one asked for. they have been closed for 9 months and I miss them dearly, I have heard that they would be back whenever there were more moderators to moderate it, but its been 9 months, and they continue to be in the same position. does anyone know if there are any updates? I really want them to come back and I'm willing to help if it is needed
