Someone need to bring back customization
The problem is that some people struggle with coding so it would be nice if they have a drag and drop option for people who can't code. I have autism and I struggle to customise my profile on sites such as neocities, spacehey, dreamwidth etc.
For Spacehey, I just find random layouts and play around with it.

There is also FriendProject.net . You can upload photo's on there and it's like the old MySpace
