Could I get some help with my code?

If anyone has a decent understanding of coding, that would be great. I have a few issues with my page that I cannot figure out and could use some help. Just minor things, the name of images being written on them or disappearing images that are in the code but refuse to show up. Also my albums are a little messed up.
