history class jumpscare

both me and my friend's (whom i'll refer to as celine) deskmates were absent, so we just decided to sit next to each other. our history teacher is pretty chill, she doesn't bother if someone is sleeping and plays videos every lesson.

so me and celine were silently working on our organelle fanfic as our teacher turned off the lights and played a video. it was an animation of some historical figure talking about his life and stuff. well, it could hardly be called an animation. the "animation" was just a singular photo. it looked like the animators used the liquify tool for the whole thing. the person's mouth, eyes, arms, even the fucking horse in the background looked like it was being moved by the liquify tool. the voice acting was weird too. it was pretty unsettling, felt like i was watching an analogue horror video.

i wasn't the only one who thought the video was creepy - the whole class was looking at each other (some trying to hold back their laughter.. like me). i turned to celine and said "yo this could be published as an analogue horror video and no one would even bat an eye wtf is this".

after 20 seconds i said that, the video started glitching and the voice of the guy in the video transformed into golden freddy's jumpscare sound in fnaf 1. then the smartboard fucking crashed. my heart was RACING that shit was terrifying wtf

now our smartboard crashes occasionally and our computer science teacher can't seem to fix it..
