How to make my tables seperate boxes?

If you look @ my layout you'll see everything is one box basically, I like layouts where everything is in it's own box and you can see the body background in between, I think a good start would maybe be removing the profile background/ make it transparent and remove the border and then add borders and backgrounds for everything else, I'm still new to coding so lmk if I just answered my own question or if u have any better advice ^_^ -kitti
