I just wanted to know what peoples thoughts were on different soundtracks. My personal favourite will always have to be the soundtrack for Labyrinth otherwise either The King and I or Xanadu courtesy my mum.

Star Wars is number one, always. Anything John Williams touches is gold but even then SW beats everything else he's done as far as I'm concerned. I dont like to pick just one movie but if I had to I'd probably say Phantom Menace if only because Duel of the Fates is just too good.
A close second is Howard Shore's work on the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

i enjoy the brokeback mountain soundtrack. when my head is full of unneccesary thoughts, i like to play this soundtrack, i feel like it helps me focus on myself :D
