Working as a teen

As title says. 16 years old, i fr need to get employed to save up for tution later (parents probably not going to pay). i also plan on getting a car by 18 if possible (honestly just dont want to stay broke for much longer).

However i got no clue where to start: ive been volunteering at a lot of places, some cadet placements, habitat for humanity and city/charity events. i got ~100 hours so far. I have a pretty busy week, martial arts and sparring on weekends, school, extra curriculars, tutions, studying for a pilots license as part of cadets and scripture study on weekdays. It feels like i cant really fit a proper job in anywhere, and im honestly a little scared of the idea of having one. Any tips? Sorry i know i havent left much to work with.
