I really love some Spanish punk rock like En Verdad by La URSS. More stuff from different/ interesting cultures: Bo Labar is a cool Israeli Punk Rock group, and there is a TON of German punk rock and metal out there. Some older punk/riot grrl that I love is X-Ray spex, I would reccomend Identity.
