Snowflake code won't cover full screen

Title says it all, if you hop into my profile (not a plug I promise) you'll see the bats only fall over the about me blurb section and not the rest of the screen. I've seen other forum post mention this issue but no real solutions that worked for me so I'm posting again to hopefully get some help. I used the code from this layout. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
