For me it would be it would be Like a Dragon Gaiden: The man who erased his name. Without spoiling much, the main character breaks down into tears over finally getting to hear from the children who he raised in his orphanage earlier in the series. He sees them grown up and through a one way screen (they spot a camera set up monitoring his fake grave as the secret organisation he now works for faked his death. The kids figure out he is alive because of it.), they tell him what they're doing with their lives and his daughter shows him a drawing his grandson did of the family with him included.
It's touching for how close yet so far he is from the people who care about him the most and how he can't reach out. The performance is amazing.
