For MSN there is a Third part Discord client that looks like msn one to one

you download the real MSN clients then you put in there server IP and it works

For AIM the only good/best one is Nina, nina also is working on more remakes like IRC and stuff like that :3
Nina also uses the real clients from back in the day. you just need to put there server ip in AIM and it works!
