hi... i just joined this site today and am so happy to have found this place. i wanted to share something i have been working on that might be of interest to some people on this site.
i use google image search constantly, and when they changed the layout in 2019 i just couldn't deal with that side panel interface any more.
i made a browser extension that reverts google image search to how it looked before they changed the layout in 2019, in case anyone likes how it used to be, and wants it to be like that again.
there is a chrome version and a firefox version, and the source is also available. it will make the site look like how it used to look, e.g. the image below.
if you are a heavy google image searcher i hope this is useful for you for finding pics
