How do I choose where to travel?

I'm finally going abroad for the first time in august. I saved money and got my passport. My problem now is where do I go??? There are so many things to experience in the world and I want to do them all equally as much so how do I choose. It's almost overwhelming!! The world is such a beautiful place I wish I could see it all.

For everyone reading this.. how did you choose the first place you traveled too?

Think about things your interested in and how far you're willing to go. Look for places that match those interests and are within budget and pick which one shouts to you the most :) Any other places you find that interest you can go onto a list of places to go in future!

If you travel to Europe, I'd suggest you:

the western part of Germany - Cologne, Muenster, Trier

the southern part of Germany - Stuttgart, Constance, Garmisch

the Netherlands - Rotterdam, Eindhoven, Amsterdam

Don't do the tourist traps like Berlin or Munich.

I totally get how overwhelming it feels to choose your first travel destination—there’s just so much to see and do! For me, I picked a place based on what excited me most and what fit my budget and timing. Also, before traveling, I made sure to check my Emirates ID status using checkidstatusonline. Tracking your Emirates ID status is simple with the UAE government’s online system, and you can do it all from home without any special registrations or passwords. It really helped me feel prepared and less stressed before my trip!
