photos and gifs in corner

for some reason no matter what code i use from others my gif or image ends up in the friends comment section rather than anywhere else on the screen, i have been putting this in the about me section: outside of <style> tags (with makes them disappear) and i've tried altering these numbers about but i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong.
