if you're male > have long hair on the head and no hair everywhere else. low bmi (unless you want to achieve androgyny through high bmi, which is awful). great fitting clothes (this one can be tricky, some clothes for men are made to make the wearer look more masculine)
if you're female > short hair, big muscles, male section clothing, don't trim your eyebrows and do not shave anything

I assume you are AFAB? well, a personal tip that I myself use here: prepubescent mustache, with some shadows you can achieve it and believe me, it doesn't matter how girlypop you are dressed, if you have that mustache it will be more difficult for people to immediately associate you with the female gender
