Two simple options!!!
You could get flashpoint archive, which is a computer program specifically for emulating flash
Or you could get ruffle on the chrome web store (requires Google) and open up a flash file and it should work fine! (Personally I open up the way back machine, go to girlsgogames, and pick a snapshot from 2008)
