Does anyone else see this or am I crazy

A few months ago I played DDLC for the first time, with a friend who knows the game well and basically showed it to me.

At one point (I can't remember exactly when) I received a poem that had gaps in the text. I'm probably reading too much into it, but I swear I recognized a face there!

After I took a screenshot and drew my imagination into it, my friend was able to see it too. She drew my interpretation even further (my idea is drawn in red, hers in turquoise).
