A band I've come to love over the years after finding it through the film: Handsome Devil which btw is a FABULOUS film that I suggest. They are an English band from the late seventies and eighties and while listening to "Desire As" and more specifically the lyrics:
"I've got six things on my mind, you're no longer one of them."
It cemented something I just blogged about. Friends- I mean "friends". and although the lyric is implied in a romantic past love context it truly is how I am thinking rn. I used to want to text her first when everything happened and when she would neglect from text for days I would run when she sent back, my "friend" than later say she just didn't feel like responding and than spend two hours talking about the boy shes talking to with you.
BLAHHHHHHHHHH.
