Your favorite album EVER?

HALLO !! My personal fav album is my pfp!! Ceres and Calypso in the Deep Time!!!

It's abt a little girl and a magic while seal who travel back in time to the mesozoic era and just kinda adventure around and chill with dinos n giant sea turtles over the course of roughly 190 million years :]

It takes place from the early triassic period (start of dinos :D) all the way to the late cretaceous period(end of dinos :\), with every 4 songs being a different period of the Mesozoic!!

There's also tons of super cool references to the different flora and fauna of the different periods, super cool !!

It gives me the same feelings as when i was a lil kid adventuring in da woods :P

Sorry for rambling i rly love this album lol

Its very noisy and full-sounding (similar to Loveless/Destiny XL) so i lowkey recommend being rly high for full effect XD

Has to be Late Registration, not a single song that isn't incredible

very much breaks and beats from the flower patch, got me into discovering and listening into music as a whole years back, it's nice to just sit and listen to while i do things in my day to day life

Quiet World - Native Construct

its a prog metal masterpiece in the form of a musical basially, the whole thing is a narrative about a mute guy who creates his own world where he is "normal." its really, really perfect in my opinion. the best part is, native construct was a group of berklee students who came together to make this album DURING school, if im not mistaken. they broke up shortly after, and never made any other music. but this album remains my favorite, and i've listened to it front to back probably hundreds of times. oh and also, the insane drums on the album are actually fully programmed! kind of makes sense in hindsight, lol.

For me it has to be "Light" by ooxygen

It really resonates with me and it features 2 of my other fav artists Pukey and Bite Handle :)
It's a dnb, ambient, breakcore i think and it's just fantastic!!

I have alot but my favorite of all time has to be Pinkerton <3. its probably the one album that shaped my love for indie rock and emo music, can't wait till 2026 when this turns 30 and they go on tour (hopefully)
