is it okay if i got an erection after the boss beat me up?

The other day i was patrolling motherbase when suddenly the boss sprinted at me and then slammed my head against the ground, leaving me unconcious. later i woke upand remembered what happened and got a massive bone thinking about the boss holding my head and slamming it against the cold steel floor. Is it okay?
