Why is it sorta dead here

In my eyes, it's because people mostly don't see this is an actual social media replacement, more like a toy to distract yourself with for a month or two before you go to something else.

Doesn't help that the site is filled to the brim of ADHD-infested people like me that jump from distraction to distraction like a fucking American Ninja Warrior course.

It sure is a bit quiet, but isn't that refreshing! Everything on other platforms like instagram seems to be bustling with activity, an overwhelming amount. And most users here are logged in on their pcs for the most part, cant be on your computer all that often.

I find this lack of a crowd somewhat nice

It's very 50/50 for me.

I kinda wish for there to be more activity around here but at the same time, I love just being able to lurk and reply whenever I feel like it lol

Yah, it's pretty dead here in comparison to The Book of Face (I just left there to take a break, big difference).

It is kinda nice, tho, since this isn't 9000 ads shoved in your face, and 4000 videos vying for your attention, and the algorithm trying to feed you things you don't care about.

This is really what it used to be like when you were tethered to a home PC, and the internet was a Place You Could Leave. I kinda had forgotten.

I mean it is far from a major social media website and there is tons to do here (such as decorate your profile x1000) 

Other than that i guess its just very different from the norm 

In general the best way i tend to be active is by sorting everything by reccent posts

Its a lot more engaging if you see the new stuff instead of lurking on the old stuff and usually more people reply to your things

Thats how i use social media and it normally works but idk for yall 

Spacehey has been decently active on my use

I would not know/ notice, cuz it always seemed kinda dead ever since I joined last yr.  I only come here from time to time, usually to check if anyone left notifications. Today I wanted to post a new WIP addition to my profile so people could see what else I've been working on recently in my new drawings. Other than that, I'm not on here much.
