how to fursuit?

you dont need to make a whole suit!! i think those cardboard masks are plenty cute and theyre very cheap, but if you really want something you can get a kig mask!!

Ive been looking into making yarn into fur and using it in tails n such.

idk if you need a straightener, i think it just depends on the kind of yarn you use and how frizzy you want it to be.

Fursuits are expensive, but there are really talented fursuit makers out there. If you're interested in making one yourself, in my opinion it's not difficult, but it can be time consuming! I would recommend getting someone to help you with a duct tape dummy (DTD). This will give you exact measurements of your body suit. If you want to just partial, you could skip the DTD.

For the head, get some good quality foam. What I did was just cut strips, measure my head, and glue the pieces together until it fit my head comfortably.

Anyway, there are lots of fursuit making methods out there, and it's amazing how far someone's creativity can go. Take a peek around for tutorial videos and pictures and you'll find what works best for you. ^^
