sort of newish weed smoker

hey, from the uk! so i started smoking weed a little over a year ago and get the stuff off my friend. i dont rlly know much about weed tho and all the different strains and stuff and where to get it from myself (idk a lot of people so no access to dealers and my friend refuses to give me her dealers number) so could someone tell me where i could get it from and explain this all to me hehe (ive heard u can get it off telegram but no clue how so if someone could explain that too thatd be great) x
