I'm currently needing to pay a pretty penny to start therapy, (I haven't seriously gone was a teenager), after like 16 years of symptoms and my quality of life being real rough.
But I've never done DBT before. And CBT, out patient, intensive out patient, in patient, and TMS haven't shown any true improvement.
Diagnosed depression and anxiety. But suspected quiet borderline - why I eventually mustered the will to try again. 🫠
